The DAN Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS) course represents an integration of the DAN Basic Life Support (Adult) course. This programme is designed to teach you the skills necessary to manage Cardiac Arrest and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction of paediatric victims.
DAN Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS)
The DAN Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS) course is designed for anyone wishing to learn first aid techniques specific for children and infants. The programme includes the development of knowledge and practical skills for the management of Cardiac Arrest and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction of both child and infant. The DAN PBLS course is strongly recommended for childcare professionals and for those who live or work with children (e.g. teachers, sports coaches, parents and grandparents).

- Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS): child and infant
- Paediatric resuscitation: child and infant
- Foreign Body Airway Obstruction
Course duration
2 hours (in addition to the DAN BLS Adult session)
